The Team

Bob Hurd – Bob is our senior shop technician. Bob has over 40 years of experience in the repair of electric motors, pump and gear boxes. Bob can repair AC or DC motors. Bob is also a machinist, welder and can rewind motors. Many customers rely on Bob’s unmatched reputation for trouble shooting and solving problems.
Joe Constant – Joe has over 30 years of experience in the sale and repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Joe is involved in inside sales and also the repair of motors, pumps and gear boxes. Joe is one of the primary employees involved in preparing estimates of repair jobs.
Kevin Constant – Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Kevin can repair AC or DC motors. Kevin is also a machinist, welder and is occasionally involved in rewinding motors. Kevin is our primary employee involved in vibration/spectrum analysis. Kevin provides several customers with regularly scheduled vibration/spectrum analysis services and reports.
Brian Tritsch – Brian has over 20 years of experience in the repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Brian can repair AC or DC motors. Brian has substantial experience in rewinding motors and is one of our two primary motor rewinders. Brian is also involved in vibration/spectrum analysis for some of our customers.
Shawn Hurd – Shawn has 5 years of experience in the repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Shawn is involved in the repair of AC and DC motors. Shawn has substantial experience in rewinding motors and is one of our two primary motor rewinders.
Russell Hall – Russell Hall has 5 years of experience in the repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Russell is involved in the repair of AC and DC motors. Russell is also involved in outside sales and is known as “the Rainmaker.”
David Wright – David has one year of experience in the repair of electric motors, pumps and gear boxes. Prior to working for Topeka Electric Motor Repair, David spent many years as an auto mechanic. David also works in our machine shop.
